Playing Dress-up with Jodie Foster

I had very few spoons on the eve of Halloween because my neighbours upstairs thought it a good idea to fight all night after throwing a kids party. It sounded an awful lot like behaviour that shouldn’t be witnessed by children and it didn’t stop until long after they’d woken up the whole close.

The lack of spoons led to spending a lot of the day resting in a horizontal position and it started with Bugsy Malone.

Oh how I love that movie!

Ren and I were discussing our costume and hair envy while watching and it turns out I used to play dress up in an (almost) exact replica of Jodie Foster’s silver gown my wee Nana owned. I never realised, or I may have raided her (Narnia) wardrobe for the clothes she loved and kept, but had stopped wearing.
